Prices quoted are for the rental of the property per week and not per person.

• May, June and October - £325
• July, August and September - £449
• November to March - £195

The B2 Chateaux apartment is available to rent all year round.
If you are considering a longer term rental then please do not hesitate to contact us. We can look at your individual requirements and tailor a package and price to suit.

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Prices are quoted in £ [GBP] per week and is for parties of upto 6 persons.
Extra guests will be charged £15 per person per week

PRICES INCLUDE:

• Use of air-conditioning
• Cleaning and towel and linen change service provided during your stay (further cleaning can be requested for an additional cost if required)
• Safety deposit box
• Bus service to and from Genc Beach
• Access to holiday representative
• Discount card for selected cafes and restaurants

Only £50 per week is required to secure a booking.(non refundable) This must be received within 7 days of making your preliminary booking in order for your reservation to be confirmed.
Full payment is required 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
Full payment is required if booking less than 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
£200 refundable deposit is required in order to cover possible damage/breakages. This is then refunded upon your departure as long as there is no damage/breakages.
